Tecnilabo has finalised the new laboratories of the University of Insubria (Varese), designed to guarantee efficiency, safety and comfort in research environments.
The installations include not only technical furnishings, designed to optimise space and ensure ergonomics, but also advanced scientific equipment, such as the Typhoon Next chemical hood, designed in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano to ensure optimal air flow, low energy consumption and complete operator safety.
Furthermore, the project includes high-efficiency -30°C freezers for the conservation of sensitive materials and equipped with integrated systems for controlling and managing the temperature of the samples.
Each component has been made using resistant and high-quality materials to guarantee durability and safety.
Dr. Paola Moretto, head of the biochemistry, pharmacology and medical genetics laboratory, says:
"Our relationship with Tecnilabo began at the end of a renovation of the entire building. Tecnilabo provided advanced technical furnishings and essential scientific instruments, such as low-energy chemical hoods and freezers for the conservation of sensitive materials. These hoods guarantee safety and acoustic comfort, essential for those who spend many hours in the laboratory. The freezers maintain constant temperatures and allow for orderly and monitorable storage, essential for the conservation of delicate molecules and drugs. The renovation also involved the microscopy center, for which Tecnilabo provided specific furnishings. The project was managed optimally thanks to constant collaboration between the technical office and Tecnilabo, completing a massive renovation of great value."
Tecnilabo thus continues its commitment to supporting academic and research institutions with customized and high-quality solutions, to contribute to scientific progress and the training of new generations of researchers.
